USMC Veteran, Special Tactical and Response, Police Executive Leader

Instructor Wall has over 25-years of combined military and law enforcement professional experience from the United States Marine Corps and his law enforcement career which started in Baltimore City. He has acquired an extensive amount of experience in Criminal Investigations, Tactical Training, and Policy Review procedures. Instructor Wall is currently the Training Coordinator and Team Leader of the Civil Disturbance Unit and Special Tactical Response Unit for the Bowie, MD Police Department. He is an Adjunct Instructor at the police academy and Maryland Police and Corrections Training Commission’s Leadership Development Institute. This course is designed for personnel selected for supervisory positions in their respective agencies.
Instructor Wall is a graduate of the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) Executive Leadership Program as well as the Executive Leadership program through FBI-Law Enforcement Executive Development Association, the Greater Chesapeake Law Enforcement Executive Development School, and the Department of Homeland Security Executive Leadership Training.
